Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days after purchase. If product is subject to backorder you will be contacted via email regarding an estimated ship timeframe.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What is your return policy? 

At Wepa Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at info@wepabeauty.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item(s). Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@wepabeauty.com to arrange for a replacement or refund.
